Chef Luca Russo
Chef De Cuisine at Red Sky Restaurant and Red Sky Bar
Chef Luca Russo has more than ten years’ experience in the culinary field.
He was Sous Chef at the 2 Michelin Star restaurant, Zaranda in Mallorca, Spain. Before Spain, he worked at many leading Italian restaurants including the 1 Michelin Star Assaje restaurant at the Aldrovandi Villa Borghese in Rome, 1 Michelin Star Giuda Ballerino Restaurant Rome, 1 Michelin Star Locanda del Pilone in Piedmont and at the 3 Michelin Star La Pergola at the Waldorf Astoria Rome.
