Chef’s signature dishes include a truffle-infused Wagyu Beef Tenderloin Rossini and a new take on Surf & Turf dining featuring the freshest locally sourced seafood and prime imported steaks.

LUNCH – SET MENUS
Our Chef Christian Ham is thrilled to design every week a selection of European dishes presented in form of a lunch set menu which features imported premium products such as Maine lobster, French oysters, Wagyu beef, foie gras, ripened French cheeses and homemade desserts.
Select from 2 courses at THB 855++, 3 courses at THB 1,055++ and 4 courses at THB 1,255++ served daily from 11.30 to 14.30hrs.

MEET THE CHEF
Mr. Christian Ham is a French national and has more than 20 years of experience in leading restaurants including L’Atelier Joel Robuchon in Hong Kong, Taillevent in Paris and Le Crocodile in Strasbourg. Prior to joining Centara Grand at CentralWorld, he was a Chef Instructor at Cordon Bleu in Bangkok, Thailand and Shanghai, China.
